Abstract:
This saddle riding-type electric vehicle is provided with a main frame, a motor unit having an electric motor, a battery that supplies power to the motor unit, and a control unit that performs drive control of the motor unit. The main frame includes a pair of left and right portions, and the motor unit is arranged so that at least a portion thereof overlaps the main frame when viewed in a side view of the vehicle, and the motor shaft of the electric motor is positioned lower than a pivot shaft provided on the main frame and is positioned on the rear side in the vehicle front-rear direction.
