Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a safe discharging device for a circulating fluidized bed boiler, the device comprising: a main body component, which comprises a slag discharging pipe, a box arranged at the bottom of the slag discharging pipe, and a blocking member arranged inside the box; and a sensing assembly, which comprises a weighing member arranged at the bottom inside the box, a cushion member arranged at one end of the weighing member, an adjusting member arranged at two sides and the top of the box, and a spread-flat member arranged above an opening at one end of the box. In the present invention, by means of the arrangement of the main body component and the sensing assembly, the slag discharging port automatically opens when a trolley enters a specified position, and the slag discharging port automatically closes when the trolley is filled with slag and leaves. By means of the device, manual operation is reduced, and the incidence of hazards is also decreased.
