Abstract:
A safe scroll saw, comprising: a base, a working panel fixed on the base, and a support arm fixedly connected to the base and located on the working panel. An upper rocker arm is hinged and fixed in the support arm, the upper rocker arm extends out of the support arm, a lower rocker arm is hinged and fixed in the base, and the upper rocker arm is parallel to the lower rocker arm; one end of the upper rocker arm extending out of the support arm is connected to the lower rocker arm by means of a saw blade, and the other end is hinged to the lower rocker arm by means of a connecting rod; the working panel is provided with a through hole through which the saw blade passes; a motor is provided in the base, and the motor drives the lower rocker arm to swing up and down in a reciprocating manner by means of an eccentric wheel. A screw for adjusting the degree of tightness of the saw blade is moved forward, shaking is reduced, cutting precision is improved, and burrs are reduced.
