Abstract:
A safe small external fuel pump, relating to the technical field of engine fittings and comprising an upper cover body (1), a lower shell (2), a fuel inlet pipe (11), a fuel outlet pipe (12), and an exhaust pipe (13), as well as a pump body, a rollover valve (6), a check valve (7), a filter element (8) and a pressure valve (9) which are located between the upper cover body (1) and the lower shell (2). The check valve (7) is provided in the fuel inlet pipe (11). A fuel outlet of the pump body is communicated with the fuel outlet pipe (12). The rollover valve (6) is communicated with the exhaust pipe (13) and is used for controlling the opening and closing of the exhaust pipe (13) to provide rollover protection. The middle portion of the fuel outlet pipe (12) is communicated with the pressure valve (9) by means of a fuel return port (16), and the filter element (8) is provided between the fuel return port (16) and the pressure valve (9). The pressure valve (9) is used for maintaining the stability of fuel pressure in the fuel outlet pipe (12). The safe small external fuel pump is compact in structure design, the overall size of the fuel pump is smaller, the universality is high, and the fuel pump is easier to be used in combination with various types of engines. Moreover, backflow prevention of the check valve (7), the safety function of the rollover valve (6) and the pressure balance maintaining function of the pressure valve (9) greatly improve the overall safety and reliability of the fuel pump.
