A safe solar street light having an alarm function, comprising a fixing base (1). A power connection bottom rod (2) is fixedly mounted at the center of the top surface of the fixing base (1); a supporting top rod (3) is fixedly mounted at the center of the top surface of the power connection bottom rod (2); a panel light (4) is fixedly mounted at the top end of the supporting top rod (3) by means of a bracket; solar cell panels (5) are symmetrically mounted on two sides of the panel light (4); the bottom end of the power connection bottom rod (2) is fixedly sleeved with a first rotary support (6); the top end of the power connection bottom rod (2) is fixedly sleeved with a second rotary support (7); the outer side surfaces of the first rotary support (6) and the second rotary support (7) are both sleeved with connecting rings (8). According to the safe solar street light, when a vehicle hits the street light pole, the impact force can be buffered and the impact direction can be changed, so that the driver can be less injured; moreover, passers-by can be prompted by means of wind chimes to attract attention, thereby preventing the passers-by from hitting the surface of the street light pole.
