Description:
Safeguard Equipment for Ballgame Goals The invention is a safeguard equipment for ballgame goals, which makes possible creating a new type of goal for ballgames, especially for handball. More specifically the object of the invention is a goal structure, which is also suitable for hindering turning over of the goal.

It is necessary to have a goal on the playing field when playing ballgames such as football or handball. Particularly in case of handball the goal is not fixed to the ground respectively to the playing field due to practical reasons (for example easy altering of multifunctional playing field). It resulted in several minor or severe injuries (in some cases fatal injuries) that the goal turned over when somebody climbed up the top and fell on the person under it. In the state of the art the structure of the goal is well-known, it consists of two lateral and one top goalpost, besides a back support of proper shape. (see Handball by István Madarasz Sport Publishing House Budapest, 1976) When working out the solution according to the invention we aimed to design a goal structure that either prevents the turning over of the goal, or prevents anybody climbing up it. The solution was found in a way, when the two lateral goalposts were provided with a supporting pole each, which serve as a support when the goal falls forward, said poles prevent the goal from falling forward. Respectively the top goalpost is provided with a bent plate preventing anybody's gripping it by hand.

The invention relates to a safeguard equipment for ballgame goals, particulary for handball games, said equipment is provided with protection against turning over owing to clinging to the goals, said goal consists of two lateral and one top goalpost and one back support, which is characterized by that, it includes a bent plate bending backwards stretching along full length of the top goalpost and fastened to said top goalpost, or two lateral goalposts are provided with a supporting element of circular or angular section or said supporting element is goalposts with a rotation axle ensuring free turning and in case of leaning of posts said supporting element moves forward and serves as a support.

In one of the preferred embodiments of the safeguard equipment according to the invention, there is an element hindering swing-off the supporting element on the lateral goalposts. In another preferred embodiment of the safeguard equipment according to the invention, the supporting element is provided with a device hindering back-swing, preferably with a magnetic fastening element. In a further preferred embodiment of the safeguard equipment according to the invention, the supporting element is located between the two parts of the lateral goalposts slitted or consisting of two parts.

Other features and advantages of the solution according to the invention is set forth by the following description which is considered together with the accompanying drawings wherein: Fig 1 shows the goal in lateral view.

Fig 2 shows the goal in tilted position.

Fig 3 shows the structure of the lateral goalpost and that of the supporting structure.

Fig 4 shows the goal provided with the bent plate in elevation view.

Fig 5 shows the goal provided with the bent plate in lateral view.

Fig 6 shows the bent plate.

Fig 7 shows the bent plate in elevation view.

Fig 8 shows the bent plate in lateral view, in the A section of the vertical plane of the hold-down bore-hole 10.

Fig 9 shows the goal provided with the bent plate in elevation view.

Fig 10 shows the safeguard equipment according to the invention equipped with the safety inserts in elevation view.

Fig 11 shows the basic position of the safeguard equipment according to the invention in standing position of the goalpost.

Fig 13 shows the safeguard equipment according to the invention provided with measurements.

Fig 14 shows safeguard equipment according to the invention in lateral section.

In Fig 1 the goal according to the invention can be seen in lateral view. It can be seen, that the supporting element 3 is fixed to the lateral goalpost 1 held by the back goalpost support 2 through a rotation axis 5. By virtue of an element hindering swing-off 4 fixed permanently to the lateral goalpost 1 in case of leaning of the goal excess falling forward under no condition could happen.

Fig 2 shows the goal in tilted position.

In Fig 3 in accordance with this preferred embodiment of the invention we can see a magnetic fastening element 6 hindering the back-swinging movement of the supporting element 3.

Fig 4 shows another preferred embodiment of the goal according to the invention where it is to be appreciated, that a bent plate 9 is fixed with hold-down bolts 7 to the top goalpost 8 Fig 5 shows the goal provided with the bent plate in lateral view.

Fig 6 shows the bent plate 9 with the applied hold-down bolts 7 together with the location of the hold-down bore holes 10.

Fig 7 shows another preferred embodiment of the bent plate 9 in elevation view.

Here the hold-down bolts 7 are place in the bottom of the plate ensuring stable connection between the two elements. The bore-holes for fixing the screws 11 make possible access of the tool.

Fig 8 shows the bent plate 9 in lateral view, in the A section of the vertical plane of the hold-down bore-hole 10. The screw pushed through and fixed in the hold-down bore-hole 10 fastens the bent plate 9 to the top goalpost 8, and the bore-holes for fixing the screws 11 make possible access of the tool.

Fig 9 shows the goal provided with the bent plate 9 in elevation view. The goal comprises of lateral goalposts 1, back goalpost support 2, top goalpost 8 in elevation view, which is provided with the bent plate 9.

Fig 10 shows the safeguard equipment according to the invention equipped with the safety inserts in elevation view.

Fig 11 shows the basic position of the safeguard equipment according to the invention in standing position of the goalpost.

Fig 12 shows the safeguard equipment according to the invention in the shifted position of the goalpost.

Fig 13 shows the safeguard equipment according to the invention provided with measurements.

Fig 14 shows safeguard equipment according to the invention in lateral section.

The goal according to the invention offers the advantage of preventing leaning forward of the goalpost either by making impossible clinging to it, or in case of falling forward owing to the presence of the supporting element 3 the further falling is made impossible and the risk of accident and danger can be prevented.

The safeguard equipment according to the invention can be fixed easily to the goals in the market.
