Abstract:
[Problem] To simplify circuitry of a charging cable and a safety circuit. [Solution] A charging cable 50 according to the present invention is provided with: a leakage circuit breaker 15 that is connected to a power line 13 between a power source 90 and a load 93; and an abnormality breaking circuit 20 that has a control switch 25 connected to the power line 13 or the leakage circuit breaker 15.
