Abstract:
Provided is a safety control structure for opening and closing an upper cover (1), comprising: an upper cover (1) hinged with a disc seat (2) via a rotating shaft (3), a toggle part (4) arranged on the rotating shaft (3), and a safety switch (5) mounted below the disc seat (2) and controlled by the action of the toggle part (4). The upper cover (1) and the safety switch (5) are both arranged on the same side of the rotating shaft (3). The safety switch (5) is a leaf switch (5) and comprises a movable spring leaf (51) and a stationary spring leaf (52). The movable spring leaf (51) is arranged above the stationary spring leaf (52) and the toggle part (4) is located above the movable spring leaf (51). The toggle part (4) comprises a connecting piece (41) and a toggle piece (42), wherein the connecting piece (41) is integrally rotatably connected with the rotating shaft (3), one end of the toggle piece (42) is connected with the connecting piece (41) and the other end thereof is a movable end (43) which controls the movable spring leaf (51) to act so as to connect with/disconnect from the stationary spring leaf (52). The present invention is of a simple structure and a low cost and effectively achieves control of the opening and closing of the upper cover (1) and solves the problems of space occupation due to the mounting position of a contact switch and of poor dust prevention resulting from the upper cover (1) being unable to cover the rear of the disc seat (2).
