Abstract:
A safety crutch for assisting with walking, which comprises a group of walking stick rods (1), an adjusting device being arranged on the walking stick rods (1), and an assistance device being arranged at the lower portion of the adjusting device. The adjusting device comprises: an underarm cross rod (2), wherein two ends of the bottom of the underarm cross rod are respectively fixedly connected to the tops of the walking stick rods (1); a holding rod (3), which is arranged below the underarm cross rod (2), and two ends thereof are fixedly connected to surfaces of inner opposite sides of the walking stick rods (1); limiting grooves (4), which are provided in a side surface of the lower portion of each walking stick rod (1); an adjusting rod (5), wherein the top thereof is inserted between the walking stick rods (1) and is located below the holding rod (3); a plurality of limiting holes (7), which are provided in a side surface of the lower portion of each walking stick rod (1) and correspond to inserting holes (6) in position; and limiting rods (8), which are respectively inserted into the limiting holes (7), and one end of each limiting rod (8) penetrates the corresponding inserting hole (6). The assistance device comprises a supporting rod (9) inserted into the limiting holes (7) in the lower portion of the adjusting rod (5), rollers (11) respectively arranged at the bottom of a vertical rod (10), a fastening bolt (12) arranged in the side surface of the lower portion of the adjusting rod (5) and penetrating the center of the supporting rod (9), limiting rings (13) inserted into the limiting grooves (4), and a side wheel (21) arranged at the lower portion of a lower hollow column (18).
