Abstract:
Provided is a safety device, which can introduce a gas from the outside of a container
but has no flow of molten aluminum to the outside from that gas introducing portion,
in which the container inside is sealed to have no splashing danger when the safety
device is removed, and in which no lever operation is required to improve the workability.
The safety device comprises a piping unit (2) having a first open end portion
(2a) and a second open end portion (2b), a first removable part (3a) attached to
the side of the first open end portion (2a) for making the piping unit (2) removable
with respect the later-described gas introducing portion of the container,
a second removable part (3b) attached to the side of the second open end portion
(2b) for making an air hose removable with respect to the piping unit (2), and a
gas communication unit (4) arranged between the first open end portion (2a) and
the second open end portion (2b) in the piping unit (2) and having a multiplicity
of independent through holes (4a) acting as gas passages between the first open
end portion (2a) and the second open end portion (2b).
