Abstract:
The present invention relates to a safety device for protecting infants. Specifically, the present invention comprises: a main body (1) having circular holes (11, 11') formed at both sides thereof, and having a bent part (12) provided in the center portion thereof so as to enable the main body to be bent at various angles; a knob (2) which has a bottom surface formed to be a plane, has a screw rod (21) formed to protrude from the center thereof at a predetermined length and comprising an idling part (21a) and a male screw part (21b), and is formed such that the screw rod (21) does not fall out of the circular hole (11) while freely rotating, when the idling part (21a) of the screw rod (21) is inserted into the circular hole (11); and a fixing plate (3) having an adhesive part (31), which is provided at the bottom surface thereof and has a release sheet (31') attached thereon, and having a screw hole (32') formed in the center portion of the upper surface thereof together with a boss (32) formed at a predetermined height, thereby enabling the screw rod (21) to be coupled to the screw hole (32'). Therefore, the present invention can be easily provided at and used for any type of furniture regardless of the type of furniture such as drawer-type furniture and sliding door-type or hinged door-type furniture, and also has effects such as: completely preventing the knob from being unlocked even though young infants touch or pull the knob, since a locking method is a knob rotating method; and having very excellent safety since the knob cannot be turned and opened by the strength of young infants even if the young infants try to turn the knob.
