Claims
1. The method and safety device for car automatic extinguishing comprising; The alarming sensors. The board of alarm set and autoextinguishing box electronic card. The autoextinguishing control box whose the outer body containing a base to which the extinguisher install. The auto arm movable base with the engine a rounded metal part. According to the first claim, the alarming sensors comprise the platinoid and spring, where the platinoid ends are kept apart via the temperature gauge. Upon exceeding the common degree of temperature in the selected place, the gauge explodes due to the spring press on the fiber body of the movable platinoid, so that the platinoid ends activates the device. According to the second claim, the spring fixes the circuit parts at the open status and closes it in case of the gauge explosion having proper tensile force with respect to its usage in the circuit. According to the second claim, the connecting wire is a thermal one of high efficiency for not to be damaged after the frequent usage, it is to be connected to the platinoid. According to the second claim, the platinoid is made of cropper with a fixed base having two parts, movable part mounted on the fiber in a way to be insulating between the platinoid and the sensor body. According to the claim 2, the other part of the platinoid is fixed by a bolt in the inside body of the sensor. The platinoid acts as a switch to close the circuit in case of fire occurrence mounted on a Tshaped base. It also acts as a guide for the motion of the socket. According to the claim 2, the movable socket is one of cylindershaped metal having two movable prongs, upon which the fiber body installed and the movable platinoid end is set. This socket helps the spring keeping the platinoid ends apart. According to the claim 2, the fiber body is a body on which the movable platinoid end fixed. It works as insulating for the part of the movable platinoid. The movable cylinder shaped socket is fixed on the said body. According to the claim 2, the platinoid base is made of cropper in which the fixed part of the platinoid is mounted. Such base is fixed via a bolt inside the sensor. 0 According to the claim 2, the gauge socket is a movable socket of T shape made of cropper. It alters the temperature gauge from one activated with water wherein the internal sleeve laid down, and the water sprays works on the extinguishing. However, in the relevant invention, the socket locks the circuit off by the platinoid. 1 According to the first claim, the board of the alarm set and the auto extinguishing box: It is metal plate having an square or rectangle shape with a gate of which its half is glass or transparent to clear the internal indicators for the driver. It also has a test button for assuring the existence of power across the board as well as the other components of the circuit. According to the first claim, the operating method of the board of the alarm set; Upon receiving the onset signal via one of the sensors, the board works on activating the alarm machine to rise loudly as well as the light indicator marks the place of where the fire begins. Also, the board connects the current into the autoextinguishing box. Following the box operation and the opening of the gas cylinder, the circuit cuts the electric current off the extinguishing box so as to assure not to be damaged. According to the first claim, the electronic card comprises of a plate, plurality of wires, protecting box, and connecting wires with plugs. According the first claim, it is a metal made box of rectangle shape having a front plate of glass or transparent plastic to clarify if there is an extinguisher or not. The dimensions of this box are varied with respect to the extinguisher size. 5 According to the 14 claim, a base is fixed in the engine via pins having two accesses controlling the autoarm of extinguisher. According to the 14 claim, the said arm has a handle mounted at the extinguisher lock having a closing inlet and movable pins fixed above the auto handle. The function of these movable pins is to engage in the base fixed beneath the engine. It also encloses a safety lining for assuring the sealing. According to the 14 claim, the rounded middlerecessed metal base is interiorly fixed over the board, alienated from the outer part of the glass fiber box, and connected to the wires of the electric plate. Its function is to be in contact with the autoarm pin sending an electric signal to the board so as to cut the power off the engine and that after the gas outlet and the rise of the spiral extinguisher lock up together with the arm pin making the contact. 8 According to the 14 claim, it is a movable base carrying the extinguisher. It is to install the extinguisher and control the heights of extinguishers to determine the selected ratio for opening the gas lock. According to the 14 claim, the operating method of the autocontrol box contents; Upon feeding the engine with the electric current, it opens the cylinder with definite number of rolling controlled through the movable base carrying the extinguisher, when the opening process is completed, the power is cut off the engine by the circuit for not to be damaged.

The previous art:

The manual fire extinguisher as well as the remote-operated extinguishers mounted at the sensitive places in cars and auto-extinguishing systems activated via an electric valve installed instead of a lock under pressure of 10-15 par at most.

The problem or deficiency in the previous art:

1 - The lack of integrative automatic extinguishing system for cars without man interference.

2- The non-efficiency of auto valve systems for they can not tolerate more than 15 par that is, in turn, inadequate for the fires of buses caused by petroleum materials.

3- There is also possibility of occurring a gas leakage through the said valves.

The new in the relevant invention - The modulation of the sensor so as to facilitate the application of the International temperature gauge used for the pipes of water- extinguishing network and render it with the sensor of the related invention in the electric circuit, thus, providing the safety for any place regardless of the rising of its temperature through placing a convenient gauge for the area with respect to its temperature where the international gauges start from 57° to 272°. - The modulation of the extinguishing system using a small electric engine instead of automatic system provoking an increase of pressure up to 130 par, as well as, the capability of controlling any other increase. Furthermore, this system works directly on the extinguisher lock without the need to install any extra connection in such manner to maintain the cylinder pressure lasting to as much longer period as possible without any leakage. - The manufacture of a board comprising the device of alarm and automatic extinguishing control as shown in figures. - The manufacture of a box specified for automatic extinguishing control comprising a small electric engine and common gas extinguisher that was supposed to be manually activated; yet, it is operated automatically with man interference.

- The manufacture of an electro-braid out of thermal wires resisting heat of 200 ° for assuring the continuity of the device operation at the fire setting and not to be burned at any condition.

The detailed description:

Car safety device is the device of earlier alarm and automatic extinguishing for cars based on the theory of the temperature uprising. Such circuit is activated upon the outset of the fire in cars loudly alarming the driver and defining the fire setting, meanwhile the mechanic and electric circuit works on operating the extinguishers in automatic manner directed to the fire setting.

The circuit and extinguishing device comprise of the following: 1- The alarm set board and automatic extinguishing control consist of: a- the electronic card having a plate and silicon units that function on arranging the role of each part in the circuit. b- Three different cutouts, the first specified for operating the engine of the extinguishing box, the second for separating the engine after the gas outlet, the third for the alarm machine, c- The flasher causes the alarm machine to operate intermittingly lasting for the longest period without any damage, d- A number of indicators for delimiting the fire settings in the car;

- one indicator marking the automatic extinguishing engine.

- and the others for assuring the continuity of the electric current across the device. e- The central board switch. f- The base of fuses for protecting the circuit. g- The thermal-type connecting wires up to 200° C.

The operating method of the alarm set board:

Upon receiving the onset signal via one of the sensors, the board works on activating the alarm machine to rise loudly as well as the light indicator marks the place of where the fire begins. Also, the board connects the current into the auto-extinguishing box. Following the box operation and the opening of the gas cylinder, the circuit cuts the electric current off the extinguishing box to assure not to be damaged.

The sensors:

The device contains a number of sensors according to the desired specifications for each car. There are initially 8 sensors and may be more according to the requirements needed.

The said sensor consists of the following parts:

The cylinder-shaped exterior body made of cropper comprises of :

- The spring whose function is to maintain the circuit parts in the activating state as well as locking them off in case of the gauge explosion having a tensile force convenient to the related device as shown in figures no.14.

- The connecting wire is of thermal type and high efficiency so that not to be vulnerable to damage because of frequent usage and being connected to the platinoid as shown in figures no.19.

- The platinoid made of cropper having a fixed base consists of two parts; movable one mounted on the fiber body, that is, the latter is an insulating layer between the platinoid and the sensor body, as shown in figures no.15.

- The fixed part of the platinoid is interiorly fixed by a bolt. The platinoid acts as a switch locking the circuit off if the fires put out fixed at a T- shaped base acting as a guide for the socket motion, as shown in figures no.17.

- The said movable socket made of metal having a cylinder shape provided with two movable prongs upon which the fiber body and the movable platinoid end placed.

This socket assists the spring to keep the ends of the platinoid apart as shown in figures no.16.

- The fiber body on which the movable end of the platinoid fixed acts as insulator for the movable platinoid part. It is placed at the movable cylinder-shaped socket, as shown in figures no.15.

- The platinoid plate is made of copper with which the fixed part of the platinoid attached via a bolt within the sensor, as shown in figures no.17.

- The gauge socket is a T-shaped movable socket made of cropper altering the thermal gauge from one activated by water where the internal sleeve laid down and the water spouts act on extinguishing, however, in the related invention, the socket locks the circuit via the platinoid, as shown in figures no.18.

- The heat plug is a sensor that indicates the rising of temperature and then explodes. It is of a glassy thermal ampoule or the shape of a common bullet to be exploded in case the temperature exceeds the standard level, as shown in figures no.11.

- The said sensor is a gauge of different temperature degrees stating from 58 0 C to 282 0 C. It is to be fixed at the selected place with respect to the temperature proper to the place, as shown in figures no.12.

The operating method of the sensor

Upon the temperature of the place rising exceeding the standard level, the ignition plug explode leading the gauge move downward driving the movable socket with the assistance of the spring so as the platinoid ends meet and the circuit locks off, and the electric signal reaches the board of the device to be functionable within few seconds.

The extinguishing automatic control box:

It is a rectangle-shaped metal box with a front plate of glass or transparent plastic to see if there is extinguisher or not. The dimension of this box is variable with respect to the extinguisher size. The part related to the automatic extinguishing comes out this box. The latter part comprises of a small electric engine convenient to cars works on opening the extinguisher lock automatically provided with a fixed base having two accesses in a way to control the working of the extinguisher auto-arm.

The said arm has an auto-handle mounted at the extinguisher lock having a closing inlet and movable pins fixed above the auto handle. The function of these movable pins is to engage in the base fixed beneath the engine. It also encloses a safety lining for assuring the sealing, as shown in figures no.9.

- The rounded middle-recessed metal base is interiorly fixed over the board, alienated from the outer part of the glass fiber box, and connected to the wires of the electric plate. Its function is to be in contact with the auto-arm pin sending an electric signal to the board so as to cut the power off the engine and that after the gas outlet and the rise of the spiral extinguisher lock up together with the arm pin making the contact, as shown in figures no. 20.

- A base carrying the extinguisher is to fix the extinguisher and control its heights to select the desired ratio of the lock opening, as shown in figures no.4.

The operating method of the contents of the automatic extinguishing control box:

Upon feeding the engine with the electric current, it opens the cylinder with definite number of rolling controlled through the movable base carrying the extinguisher, when the opening process is completed, the power is cut off the engine by the circuit for not to be damaged.

- The powder tank is a cylinder filled with 12 Kg or as desired out of which cropper pipes come. These pipes are allocated via a joint connector to the places probably subjected to fire occurrence.

The activation steps:

The foregoing parts and components are attached together through two circuits; mechanic circuit and electric one (automatic). If any burning occurs in the car, the platinoid ends of the plug adjacent to the fires communicate sending a signal to the electric circuit, within the very moment, across the current, the indicator in the car tableau lits defining the fire setting and the alarm horn rises in loud and sporadic manner. Concurrently, the electric current reaches the engine related to the automatic extinguishing control device that, in turn, automatically opens the extinguisher emitting the gas from the cylinder to the powder tank to release them together through cropper pipes ended with a spouts, so, extinguishing the fires in few seconds.

The exploitation method:

The relevant device can be applied in all kinds of cars and vehicles in general. The indicating plate is mounted on the right of the driver where the auto-extinguishing device and the powder tank in the car bag. The said tank is connected with cropper pipes ended with the extinguishing spouts and allocated at the places where fires accidents may occur. The alarming sensors with different degrees with respect to the temperature of each place are installed at the fire-expecting places. The previous components are connected by an electric braid made of thermal wires connected the device battery.
