Abstract:
The purpose of this device is to provide the Safety of the Carrier by informing and warning the user (the Main Center) through audio and luminous alarm to be generated as a result of different frequency radio waves coming in and out in case of the subscriber agents (terminals) to draw away from the Main Center. This system operates according to an active positioning. The processor activates, giving audio and luminous alarm signals as soon as the terminal transmitter leaves the Secure Area. The Secure Area's acreage is determined for each carrier according to their state of positioning. The warning alarm starts to activate only after if a carrier departs the Security Area and stops activating after carrier gets back to the Secure Area again. With the help of this system the movements of the terminals can be registered in the mainframe computer, and it can be traced and monitored through the main frame computer when desired.

CLAIMS:

1 - This device operates between the Main Center and Terminals (Carriers) all of them carrying transceiver chips using micro batteries as a power source for the warning purpose of the main center in case a carrier leaving the Secure Area.

2 - Transmission in DDSD system is consistent. The processor gives continuous alarm signals as long as a carrier stays out of the Secure Area. The alarm signal stops as soon as the carrier returns back to Secure Area. The DDSD system Works on the basis of mobilization using activation principles having a warning existing and the exact signaling time starts as soon as the carrier leaves the Securiy Area, in DDSD System; response time of intervention is instantaneous to secure the safety of the carrier.

1 - DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this device is to provide the Safety of the Carrier by informing and warning the user (the Main Center) through audio and luminous alarm to be generated as a result of different frequency radio waves coming in and out in case of the subscriber agents (terminals) to draw away from the Main Center.

Thanks to this system, as well as personal goods being prevented from getting lost, stolen or forgotten in a case like leaving at a venue, the goal is also to prevent the carriers and the people using the same alarm system which is based on failing to transmit identified radio waves as a result of diverging from the receiver more than a signified distance.

This system operates according to an active positioning. The processor activates, giving audio and luminous alarm signals as soon as the DDSD transmitter leaves the Secure (Protected) Area. The Secure Area's acreage (like 3, 5, 20, 1000 square meters or any required size) is determined for each carrier according to their state of positioning. The warning alarm starts to activate only after if a carrier departs the Security Area and stops activating after carrier gets back to the Secure Area again.

The main point here is; the alarm system starts to work by the activation of audio and luminous warning triggered by the disconnection between the Main Center (receiver) and Transmitter Agent (Carrier - terminal) according to the strengthening and weakening of radio waves which are planned to reach to the Main Center sent from the Carrier while each connection requiring its own dedicated frequency. The warning alarm begins to activate as soon as the carrier departs from the main center more than the specified distance.

In other words, if the transmitter agent gets out of the coverage area, the system is triggered by the activation of audio and luminous alarm system in accordance with the radio waves failing to reach (interrupted) the Main Center at an identified strength. The carrier terminal continues transmitting radio waves even after getting out of the specified distance in order to show the departing distance and direction.

A melody consisting of notes or any sound that is available in the nature can be used as a warning sound. A joint alarm sound can be used for all the transmitters in the same system as well as using different warning sounds separately for each transmitter

Radio Wavelength: In this system, wavelengths are regulated separately between the Main Center and each Terminal (transmitter) in accordance with the desired divergence distance.

The distance between the Main Center and transmitters can be displayed simultaneously with the Transmitter Number and Divergence Distance Button when necessary.

Re-regulation of the desired distance setting by changing it for activation of the signal coming from the Transmitter in special cases: The communication between the Main Center and each transmitter can be changed and re-set via a multiple wavelength and frequency system. This change can only be possible by using a password.

The transmitter chips carried by goods or living beings are undetectable and in the case of forced detachment, a warning signal will be activated indicating the exact location as well.

In the event of unauthorized people to change the established order, the alarm system warns Main Center by activating. By doing so, the safety of Transmitter carrier is ensured.

2 - THE CONSTITUENT ELEMENTS OF THE SYSTEM

Each system consists of one Main Center and transmitter agent chips.

A - The Main Center: Receiver Agent, Main Chip (Receiver)

Despite the Main Center being continuously in contact with each transmitter agent, there is no contact between the transmitter agents.

The Mann Center (Main Chip) continuously sends Radiowaves with different frequencies (Vibration Number) and wavelengths to each transmitter agent (Subscriber Chip). Sent to radio waves bounce back reflected by the Main Center. In case of the radio waves with particular lengths and frequencies being intermitted, depending on the divergence they should bounce back from transmitter agents by reflecting, the main transmitters carry out their alarm duty by activating and giving a signal.

For more extensive and longer distances to the Main Center, despite its high cost, radio stations and satellites allow the system to make use of strong and long distance radio waves.

During these processes, the frequencies are regulated separately and in different radio waves for each system to prevent different DDSD systems, which are located in the same coverage area, from affecting each other. In other words, every single independent agent -just like a barcode- has its own completely original radio wavelength.

The Main Center defines the frequency which doesn't reflect from the transmitter connected to itself, in accordance with that, it gives the definition of the diverging object or living being as a numerical image in the monitor and at the same time, it both shows the distance between them and gives an ascending audio warning as the divergence distance increases. The point here is the weakening of the vibration in radio waves depending on the increase in distance. With complete loss of vibrations, the alarm system found inside the Main Center activates.

B -Transmitter Agent - Subscriber Chip

Both main agent and transmitter agent have circuits transmitting the two-way signal. Whether they are two different transmitter agents or two different systems, they use close, but different radio wave frequencies for each separate DDSD unit..

The communication of transmitters with the Main Center can be disconnected separately, they also, optionally, can be deactivated simultaneously.

SOURCE: OF ENERGY

In this system, micro batteries located on Main Receivers and Transmitters are used for energy source. In the cases where a cell phone or watch is used as a Main Center Receiver the energy sources of these objects can be used. HOW AND WHERE DDSD IS USED: (USE ORDER

MAIN RECEIVER - RECEIVER CHIP CARRIER:

In accordance with today's lifestyle, plugging the Main Receiver Chip on a cell phone or a watch could be the most convenient arrangement.

Because this system will need luminous and video alarm besides audio alarm, cell phones, watches or gears are the most convenient objects for this use, since they are personal and have a proper display to give an image. However, if desired, it can be used with a completely independent device (to be worn on a wristband or belt) which has a display and sound system.

As mentioned before; the connection between the Transmitter Agent and the Receiver Center of a DDSD system can optionally be cut off separately and re-activated whenever demanded.

TRANSMITTER AGENT - SUBSCRIBER CHIP CARRIERS: Personal Objects:

In the case of personal objects which should be prevented from getting far away from their location and not be forgotten;

All passenger vehicles including cars and bicycles, wallet, credit and bank card, every kind of accessory no matter valuable or not, watch, cell phone, every kind of briefcase, every kind of glasses and every kind of object that can be located - a transmitter chip can be affixed upon or within.

As well as the transmitter chips being able to be plugged on these goods during the production stage; (in a package, as a set by preparing the chips whose radio wavelengths and special frequencies have been identified before), the chips available in DDSD package which have been regulated as a prepared package can be stuck or strongly affixed to these objects.

OTHER DDSD USAGE AREAS:

As a precaution against the possibility of forgetting water and natural gas taps and electric switches whether they are turned off or left on. in cases where everybody leaves the premises for business or holiday reasons the Start Buttons of DDSD fixed on the water tap, gas or electric switches can be used to detect whether they are on or off.

Between Humans and Animals:

DDSD connection can also be established between domestic animals such as cats and dogs and their owners. If desired, it can be used for sheep and cattle herds and the animals which get further than a particular distance from the location of the shepherd.

For controlling the movements of wild animals whose behaviors are desired to be observed for scientific reasons.

Between Humans;

Especially in shopping malls, and in crowded places such as, it can be used in cases of small children becoming separated from their parents which ends up with loosing loosing each other. The transmitter subscriber order, which is connected to the Main Receiver on parents, on children, In cases where children leave the premises and wander away without informing their parents or supervisors.

Among people, Among family members,

Among members of travelling group and the group leader,

Among people caring and looking after Alzheimer's Disease patients,

Among the people whose travel rights are limited legally, and by government agencies,

In case of a violation of a restraining order.

If desired, each transmitter can be equipped with a separate Main Receiver Chip. Thus, all the agents connected to the same system are provided to work two-way by functioning as both Main Receiver Chip and Transmitter Chip.

(In the cases where communication among three points will be necessary, the system is set in accordance with triple order).

In cases where the distance between two points is very longer, than systems like Base Stations or Google Earth can be used in order to locate the transmitter, (provided that the payment is made for the right of use.

(DDSS - Digital Departing Signaling System).

When this system is used together with Google Earth, the point where the receding human, animal or object is found can be located by applying Flashing Light on Google Maps.

Digital Spoting, Signaling and Distance Measuring System. (DSDM)

DSDM enables its' users to locate their exact spot in coordinates through google earth and similar applications, as well as showing the location and distance of other terminal which are connected to the system.

With the help of this system the movements of the terminals can be registered in the mainframe computer, and it can be traced and monitored through the main frame computer when desired.

Also, in case of a communication breakdown, the system will signal the last point of contact through the registered data.

In case of a loss of a plane or a ship or any transportation vehicle, the exact spot of the last point of contact can be determined in a matter of seconds. Even if the vehicle is not equipped with the DSDM system, a single user on the board will transmit a signal to the origin to indicate the exact coordinates of the last point of contact.

In the case of an incident or an accident of a DSDM user, other users in the vicinity can also be identified.
