Description:
SAFETY IMPROVEMENT ON PELLET PRESS DISC DECELERATOR

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to safety improvements in the pellet press disc deceleration reducer, which ensures that the deceleration reducer used to ensure the controlled rotation of the pellet disc with slow speed thanks to the gears on the disc during the assembly, dismantling, maintenance or interior cleaning of the pellet disc in the pellet presses remains in a safe position during use and when not in use.

PRIOR ART

Installation and disassembly of the disc on the press, especially in large-scale pellet presses, which are used to make the materials into pellets, are difficult due to their part size. In order to remove and install the fasteners that provide the mounting of the disc on the body, it is necessary to rotate the disc in a controlled manner around its axis while the machine is not running.

In the assembly and disassembly of the discs in the existing pellet presses, it is desirable to rotate the disc at short distances in order to carry out the assembly and disassembly of the fasteners by manually rotating the discs by the operators. However, while the loss of time and labor is high in manual rotation operations, the desired healthy results cannot be obtained in the rotation operations of the disc and flywheel. The most important problem here is that the disc cannot be rotated in a controlled way and therefore the connection and removal processes cannot be carried out as desired. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order to safely control the working and stopping positions of the deceleration reducer used during the controlled rotation of the disc on the pellet press for assembly, disassembly, cleaning and maintenance operations in pellet presses, the deceleration reducer pneumatic piston group of the invention has been developed.

In the developed deceleration reducer pneumatic piston group, the position of the deceleration reducer (9), which provides the drive of the reducer gear (11 ) connected to the flywheel gear (12) connected to the pellet press disc, is adjusted by the pneumatic piston (3) on which the flow control valve (4) is connected. Thus, the position of the deceleration reducer (9) during operation and stopping is controlled as desired.

Thanks to the height control adjustment screw (8) in the pneumatic piston group of the developed deceleration reducer, during the operation of the deceleration reducer (9), excessive pressure of the reducer gear (11 ) on the flywheel gear (12) is avoided and damage to the gears is prevented.

Thanks to the one-way flow valve (4) connected on the pneumatic piston (3) in the developed deceleration reducer pneumatic piston group, ensuring that the deceleration reducer (9) stays up while it is not working prevents it from descending to the working position uncontrollably, while the reverse pressures on the reducer gear (11 ) during the operation of the deceleration reducer (9) prevent the reducer (9) from moving away from the working position.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The deceleration reducer pneumatic piston group of the invention comprises at least one flow control valve (4) connected on the pneumatic piston, at least one dimmer (5) connected on the pneumatic piston, at least one piston rod table connection (6) connecting to the piston connecting table (6), at least one reducer linkage (7) transferring the movement of the piston rod to the actuator, at least one height control screw (8) connected on the piston connecting table (1 ), at least one flow control valve (4) connected on the pneumatic piston, at least one reducer (9) connected on the pneumatic piston, at least one piston rod table connection (6) connecting to the piston connecting table (2), at least one reducer linkage (7) transferring the movement of the piston rod to the actuator, at least one height control screw (8) limiting the downward movement of the reducer stand, at least one reducer linkage (10) rotating the reducer linkage (12) and rotating the thread from the reducer (12).

In the deceleration reducer pneumatic piston group of the invention, the pneumatic piston (3) connected on the piston connection table (1 ) is connected to the height adjustment screw connection (2) through the piston rod table connection (6) of the piston rod.

In the deceleration reducer pneumatic piston group of the invention, the pneumatic piston (3) connected on the piston connection table (1 ) is connected to the deceleration reducer (9) through the connection to the piston rod connection table (6).

At least one flow control valve (4) is connected on the pneumatic piston (3) in the pneumatic piston group of the deceleration reducer of the invention, which ensures that the air flow occurs unidirectionally and the pneumatic piston (3) remains stationary in the desired position (lever open or lever closed).

At least one restrictor (5) providing control of air flow on the pneumatic piston (3) in the pneumatic piston group of the deceleration reducer of the invention is connected.

On the height adjustment screw connection (2) in the pneumatic piston assembly of the deceleration reducer of the invention, there is at least one height control adjustment screw (8) that prevents the table (10) from descending by contacting the reducer connection stand (10). The height of the height control adjustment screw (8) can be changed to adjust the desired level.

In the deceleration reducer pneumatic piston group of the invention, when the pellet press disc is in the working position, the pneumatic piston (3) is in the open position so that the piston rod is outside the cylinder. When the pneumatic piston (3) is in the open position, the deceleration reducer (9) is in the up position and the reducer gear (11 ) is at a distance from the flywheel gear (12). Here, the downward movement of the deceleration reducer (9) due to its weight or the switching of the pneumatic piston (3) to the closed position in case of any air or power failure is prevented by the flow control valve (4) connected to the pneumatic piston (3). In this way, uncontrolled contact of the reducer gear (11 ) with the flywheel gear (12) is prevented during the operation of the pellet press. When it is necessary to disassemble the deceleration reducer pneumatic piston group and the pellet press disc for maintenance-repair and cleaning, the pneumatic piston (3) is brought to the closed position so that the piston rod remains in the cylinder. In this way, the deceleration reducer (9) connected to the pneumatic piston (3) moves downwards and the pellet press disc is rotated in a controlled way by the deceleration reducer (9) by contacting the flywheel gear (11 ). Here, against the reverse pressures that may occur on the reducer gear (11 ) during the rotational movement of the disc, the upward movement of the reducer gear (11 ) and therefore the deceleration reducer (9) is prevented by the one-way flow control valve (4), which is also connected on the pneumatic piston (3). In addition, the reducer connection stand (10) on which the deceleration reducer (9) is connected is contacted with the height control adjustment screw (8) on the height adjustment screw connection (2), preventing the reducer gear (11 ) from exerting excessive pressure on the flywheel gear (12) and thus damaging both the reducer gear (11 ) and the flywheel gear (12).
