Abstract:
The present invention widely and rapidly shares safety information even if wide-area communication networks are halted during a disaster or the like. The safety information transmission method includes: a step wherein a first portable terminal (103) transmits safety information to a vehicle-mounted terminal (101); a step wherein the vehicle-mounted terminal (101) stores the safety information received from the first portable terminal (103); a step wherein the vehicle-mounted terminal (101) transmits the safety information to another vehicle-mounted terminal (101) by means of inter-vehicular communication; a step wherein the vehicle-mounted terminal (101) stores the safety information received from another vehicle-mounted terminal (101) by means of inter-vehicular communication; and a step wherein, when any of a plurality of vehicle-mounted terminals (101) has reached an area at which communication is possible to an access point, the safety information stored at the terminal (101) in question is transmitted to an information server (113) via an access point, or when communication is possible to a second portable terminal (103), the safety information stored at the terminal (101) in question is transmitted to the second portable terminal (103).
