Abstract:
A safety insulin needle, comprising a sheath 1, a needle tube 2, a safety sheath 3 and a needle holder 4; the needle tube 2 is disposed on a central axis of the needle holder 4 and is distributed along the central axis; a lower portion of the needle holder 4 forms an assembly cavity 41, and a lower end of the needle tube 2 extends into the assembly cavity 41; an upper portion of the needle holder 4 forms a needle tube assembly base 46, and an upper end of the needle tube 2 extends upward to an upper portion of the needle tube assembly base 46; an outer portion of the needle holder 4 is sleeved with the safety sheath 3, and an inner wall of an inner cavity of the safety sheath 3 and an outer wall of the needle holder 4 form a locking structure. The technical effects thereof are as follows: the overall structure of the product is simple and practical, the volume is small, the degree of cooperation between components is compact, the assembly process is further simplified, and assembly may be completed by means of just one process. The locking structure of the product is stable, being capable of simultaneously achieving locking in the clockwise, counterclockwise and axial directions, which effectively improves the safety factor of the product.
