A safety lamp, a safety lamp holder and an assembly method therefor. The safety lamp comprises a lamp tube (10), a lamp plate, a lamp holder, a power board (2) and an insertion pin (3), and also comprises a moving assembly (4) arranged on the lamp holder and being capable of moving back and forth along the axial direction of the lamp tube (10). A conducting switch (21) is arranged on the power board (2), and a conduction hole (40) corresponding to the conducting switch (21) and used for a switch tool (20) to pass through so as to turn on the conducting switch (21) for conduction of the insertion pin (3) and the power board (2) is arranged on the moving assembly (4). When the moving assembly (4) is located in a first position, the conduction hole (40) and the conducting switch (21) are staggered. When the moving assembly (4) is located in a second position, the conduction hole (40) is directly opposite the conducting switch (21). The present structure prevents electric shocks during installation.
