Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a body formed at a casing; a supporting piece formed to extend rearwards from the rear of the body so as to have elasticity, and formed such that the end thereof faces a blade; and a speed-reducing panel formed at the end of the supporting piece so as to come into contact with and press the blade by the elasticity of the supporting piece. Therefore, when an end hook approaches a withdrawing hole during a process in which the blade is unwound out through the withdrawing hole, and wound around a bobbin and returned to the original position thereof by an elastic force of a leaf spring, the speed-reducing panel comes into contact with and rubs against the blade so as to induce a reduction in the speed of the blade, such that a collision between the end hook, formed at the end of the blade, and the casing is prevented or impact due to the collision is relieved, and thus the damage and breakage of a device, generated when the end hook collides with the casing, is prevented and, simultaneously, an accident in which a user is injured by the blade wound at high speed is prevented in advance.
