The present invention relates to a safety walker for the elderly for preventing accidents, provided with an eccentric wheel on one side thereof as well as conventional wheels, the safety walker comprising an eccentric wheel (20) provided at a lower end portion of a rear vertical support (11) and implementing eccentric rotary motion, wherein a rotation axis (30) of the eccentric wheel (20) is deviated by an eccentric distance (d) from the geometric center (C) of the eccentric wheel (20).
