Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a sake yeast-containing composition that is capable of exhibiting well-balanced hardness and disintegrability. Provided is a composition that comprises sake yeast cells as component (A), crystalline cellulose as component (B), and a lubricant as component (C), wherein the ratio by mass of the content of component (B) to component (A) [(B)/(A)] is 0.07 or more and less than 1.3. The composition is preferably in the form of a tablet. Also, the composition is usable as a composition for foods.
