Abstract:
The present invention provides a sales management system. The sales management system comprises: a data reception unit for receiving sales product information of a sales product and seller information of a seller who sells the sales product; a database unit for storing product information including at least one piece of patent management information, wherein the patent management information comprises non-exclusive license information of a patent for the sales product; a non-exclusive license identification unit for generating patent application information by determining whether the sales product is within the scope of a right of the patent, on the basis of the sales product information and the patent management information, and generating non-exclusive license allowance information on the basis of the patent application information and the non-exclusive license information; and a sales standard management unit for determining, through the seller information, whether the seller complies with a sales standard according to the non-exclusive license allowance information, so as to generate sales standard compliance information of the seller.
