Abstract:
The present invention is equipped with: a user identification unit 104 for identifying a changed user, which is a user who has changed behavior among the users using a community site, a theme of which is a target product of a seller; a comment information extraction unit 105 for extracting comment information produced when the changed user responds as a comment responder on the community site; a target user extraction unit 106 for extracting, as a target user, a general user having attribute information similar to the attribute information of the changed user; and a comment information provision unit 107 for providing the extracted target user with the extracted comment information. Thus, it is possible to improve the sales promotion impact for a target product, by extracting, as a target user, a general user exhibiting attributes similar to those of a user who has changed behavior in response to comment information, and providing the target user with the comment information.
