Abstract:
A salt element preparation method, comprising extracting a raw material by a mode of combining stepless frequency conversion-type ultrasonic low-temperature countercurrent extraction and low-temperature vacuum concentration, during extraction, the frequency of stepless frequency conversion-type ultrasonic gradually decreasing with the increase of the density of an extract, wherein the raw material at least comprises celery. Further involved are a salt element prepared by the method and a stepless frequency conversion-type ultrasonic generator. The method can maximize the efficacy of ultrasonic, the extraction rate of the raw material is improved, and the extraction and concentration are performed at a low temperature all the time, such that the activity of a peptide salt in plants would not be destroyed; and in addition, the obtained salt element is extracted from pure plants, such that the lower sodium content can achieve natural health while ensuring the taste.
