Abstract:
The present invention relates to a samarium-cobalt magnet and a preparation method therefor. The samarium-cobalt magnet comprises: a SmCoFeCuZr matrix alloy cast sheet and a Re-M alloy diffusion layer. The surface of the SmCoFeCuZr matrix alloy cast sheet is coated with the Re-M alloy diffusion layer and the Re-M alloy diffusion layer diffuses into the SmCoFeCuZr matrix alloy cast sheet. Re element is at least one selected from Pr, Nd, Ce, and La, and M element is at least one selected from Cu, Al, or Ga. The SmCoFeCuZr matrix alloy cast sheet is thin, the surface of the matrix alloy cast sheet is coated with the Re-M alloy and the Re-M alloy diffuses to a grain boundary of the entire alloy cast sheet, and the Re-M alloy is uniformly dispersed. Therefore, defects at the grain boundary can be greatly reduced, and the integrity and orientation degree of grains are improved, so that the samarium-cobalt magnet prepared in the present application has high magnetic properties.
