Abstract:
Disclosed is a same-cavity liquid-cooled center-mounted electric motor, comprising a machine housing, a middle shaft, a stator assembly, etc., wherein the middle shaft passes through the machine housing and extends out of the machine housing; the stator assembly is arranged inside a rotor assembly in a sleeved manner and is connected to the machine housing; a clutch is respectively connected to the middle shaft and a gear transmission mechanism; and a control system is connected to the stator assembly. The electric motor further comprises insulating cooling liquid, a gear, etc. A middle partition plate divides the interior of the machine housing into a first cavity and a second cavity; the middle shaft passes through the middle partition plate; the gear transmission mechanism passes through the middle partition plate to be connected to the rotor assembly; the stator assembly, the control system and other components are arranged in the first cavity; and the gear transmission mechanism and other components are arranged in the second cavity. In the present invention, the control system is arranged in the first cavity and is spatially closer to a core component of the electric motor, such that more precise control and monitoring can be realized. After the control system and the stator assembly are arranged together, the insulating cooling liquid is then used for centralized heat dissipation, such that the improvement in the heat dissipation efficiency is also facilitated.
