A sample holder transport structure (100) and a sample analyzer. The sample holder transport structure (100) comprises: a carrying tray (110) having a receiving cavity (114) and an opening (115) provided on one side of the receiving cavity (114) and communicated with the receiving cavity (114), the receiving cavity (114) being used for carrying sample holders (200) placed in a row, and the arrangement direction of the sample holders (200) extending towards the opening (115); and a clamping mechanism (120) provided on an inner side wall of the carrying tray (110) and being adjacent to the opening (115). When the sample holder transport structure (100) leaves a table, the clamping mechanism (120) can extend into the receiving cavity (114) and contact end portions of the sample holders (200) to clamp the sample holders (200). The clamping mechanism (120) clamps the sample holders (200) from side surfaces thereof, and the sample holder transport structure (100) can lock the sample holders (200) when being lifted, and unlock the sample holders (200) when being lowered. Therefore, the sample holder transport structure (100) is simple and is easy to operate, thereby facilitating clamping and locking the sample holders (200).
