Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sample collection solution for a one-step rapid antigen diagnostic test and, more specifically, to a sample collection solution comprising: bean-derived terminus-truncated canavalin; sodium chloride; a surfactant; and an emulsifying agent. In addition, the present invention further relates to a diagnostic kit and a diagnostic method for a one-step rapid antigen diagnostic test, the diagnostic kit comprising the sample collection solution.
