Abstract:
A controller for controlling operation of an auto sampler, a sample push unit, and a make-up unit is provided with a pump stop timing setting unit for setting a first timing (T1) at which dilution of a sample is completed and a subsequent second timing (T2) at which trapping of the sample in a trap column is completed, a dilution control unit for actuating a make-up liquid delivery pump of the make-up unit and stopping operation of the make-up liquid delivery pump at the first timing set by the pump stop timing setting unit, and a sample push control unit for actuating a sample-push liquid delivery pump of the sample push unit and stopping operation of the sample-push liquid delivery pump at the second timing (T2) set by the pump stop timing setting unit.
