Abstract:
A sample (6) for measuring galvanic corrosion between a conductive coating (3) and a protected substrate (1), and an evaluation method therefor. A microporous insulating layer (2) is arranged between the conductive coating (3) and the substrate (1). The microporous insulating layer (2) is formed of an insulating material, and has a microporous structure therein. The microporous structure is filled with a conductive medium, and then ion channels are formed between the conductive coating (3) and the surface of the substrate (1). The substrate (1) and the conductive coating (3) are each connected to an independent lead (5). The sample (6) can more comprehensively evaluate galvanic corrosion between a conductive coating (3) and other conductive materials.
