Abstract:
A sample observation device 1 comprises: a light source unit 2 that outputs, as excitation light Le, a pulse train Lc in which a plurality of pulsed light beams L with different center wavelengths are arranged at predetermined time intervals; a measurement unit 3 that, while scanning a sample S with the excitation light Le, performs time-resolved measurement on response light Lr from the sample S responding to irradiation with each of the pulsed light beams L included in the pulse train Lc, and acquires measurement data concerning each of the pulsed light beams L; and a processing unit 22 that, on the basis of excitation spectrum of each target included in the sample S, performs linear separation processing on the measurement data concerning each of the pulsed light beams L.
