Abstract:
The purpose is to accurately and efficiently determine the quality of a sample taking fluorescence fading into account. Provided is a sample quality determination method using a fluorescent image, the method comprising a fluorescent image data acquiring step (S01), a machine learning step (S02), and a quality classification determining step (S03), wherein, in step S01, a point in time when a fluorescent image is acquired is set within a predetermined period P (P > 0) from a point in time T (T ≥ 0) set by using start of emission of excitation light as a start point and taking fluorescence fading into account.
