Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a sample storage container for an X-ray analyzer provided with a lid that facilitates processing, will not break even if accidentally dropped or otherwise subjected to shock, and will not be damaged by the increasing or decreasing of internal pressure. This problem has been addressed by: a sample storage container for an X-ray analyzer provided with a main body (1) having an opening in an upper part thereof, a lid (2) for covering the opening of the main body (1), and a support part (4) that is provided in the main body (1) and supports a temperature changing unit (3) from a base part (12) positioned inside the main body (1), wherein the lid (2) has a multilayer structure having a carbon fiber layer (21) comprising carbon fibers and a synthetic resin layer (22) comprising a synthetic resin; and a sample storage container for an X-ray analyzer provided with a temperature changing unit (3) for heating or cooling a sample (S) to be measured.
