Abstract:
A sample support according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a support substrate having a support face; a sheet-shaped adhesion layer provided on the support face; an ionization substrate that is provided on the support face via the adhesion layer, and that has a first surface facing the adhesion layer, a second surface on the opposite side from the first surface, and a plurality of through-holes which open in at least the second surface; and a sheet-shaped protective film which is removably provided and covers a portion of the second surface of the ionization substrate. The ionization substrate includes a measurement region for transferring a sample to be measured, and a calibration region for calibration. The protective film is provided so as to cover at least the entire calibration region.
