Abstract:
A sampling device, comprising a microfluidic flow channel, wherein the microfluidic flow channel is provided with a sample inlet (1) for inputting a biological fluid sample, a reagent embedding part (2) arranged downstream of the sample inlet (1) and containing a reagent for treating the biological fluid sample, a mixing section (4) arranged downstream of the reagent embedding part (2), a detection zone (5) arranged downstream of the mixing section (4), and a waste liquid zone (6) and an exhaust hole (7) which are arranged downstream of the detection zone (5), the microfluidic flow channel is provided with a hydrophilic surface, and the microfluidic flow channel is configured such that the biological fluid sample can flow in the microfluidic flow channel from the sample inlet (1) to the detection zone (5) by means of a self-driving force formed by fluid surface tension and capillary force. The sampling device can be manufactured at an advantageous cost, has a small number of parts, and works reliably.
