Title:
SAMPLING GAUGE FOR COLLECTING SAMPLES FROM DIFFERENT PARTS OF A LARGE BAG
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/062402
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Sampling gauge and estimating the percentage of broken and discarded popular packaged product samples all parts of the product packaging without causing possible damage and therefore a gauge with a sample feature of the entire product is sacked and the way this gate works is that it has four holes that By entering the gate from the top of the sack, go to the bottom of the sack and by pressing the built-in button, the sample sample hole is opened and some product is used. This gate can be pushed down the middle or sides of the sack to make the required sample By pulling out the metal gauge, each hole is a sample of a part from top to bottom, and by pulling out the sampling tube, the collected samples are visible. Also, this gauge is able to detect the amount of throw.

Claims

[Claim 1] Sampling gauge and estimating the percentage of broken and discarded popular packaged product is able to sample the packaging of beans in the form bag packages that are in high volume. The innovative step of this product is in sampling several parts of the package and the amount of product breakage or product discardment can be seen in it consists of a metal rod with five holes and a control handle in which there is also a tank for the entry of the product and a half pipe to block the holes when entering the sack.

[Claim 2] According to claim 1: The door of the alleged gauge holes is closed when entering the package

[Claim 3] According to claim 2: The front point of the claimed tool is a pointed pyramid to facilitate entry into the sack

[Claim 4] According to claim 1: The claimed instrument has a control handle with a tank for seeds to enter it

[Claim 5] According to claim number 1: In the claimed tool, it is possible to estimate the percentage of product drop visually using the installation of a machine vision system

Description

SAMPLING GAUGE FOR COLLECTING SAMPLES FROM DIFFERENT PARTS OF A LARGE BAG

[0001] This invention is in the field of sampling of agricultural products

Background Art

[0002] Sampling of packaged beans, especially the detection of product quality and discard in all closed parts of the product is a difficult task.

Summary of Invention

[0003] The claimed invention samples all parts of the product packaging without causing possible damage and therefore a gauge with a sample feature of the entire product is sacked and the way this gate works is that it has four holes that By entering the gate from the top of the sack, go to the bottom of the sack and by pressing the built-in button, the sample sample hole is opened and some product is used. This gate can be pushed down the middle or sides of the sack to make the required sample By pulling out the metal gauge, each hole is a sample of a part from top to bottom, and by pulling out the sampling tube, the collected samples are visible. Also, this gauge is able to detect the amount of throw. The product is extracted from the image processing system by taking photos of the embedded samples and the percentage of the product thrown from the sample samples.

Technical Problem

[0004] Today, all agricultural products are packaged in sacks, so the purchase and sale of agricultural products is done in sacks due to the ease of transportation and storage, so people need the product to buy these products. Inspect the product for uniformity in the whole sack. It is not possible to open the sack and bulk the whole product in the sack, and in some cases purchases are made in large numbers, so it is not cost-effective and farmers are usually They sell their products in batches so that they can sell the products with losses at the price of a healthy product.

[0005] The purpose of the alleged invention is to assist in sampling and inspection of agricultural products in sacks, to assist the buyer and to increase the quality of purchase.

Solution to Problem

[0006] This tool is in the form of a metal gauge

[0007] This device has four holes that by entering the gauge from the top of the sack, go to the bottom of the sack and by pressing the built-in button, the sampling holes are opened and some of the product is harvested. This gate can be lowered from the middle or sides. The sack is pushed to perform the desired sampling. By removing the metal gate, each hole contains a sample from one part in order from top to bottom, and by pulling out the sampling tube, the collected samples can be seen.

Advantageous Effects of Invention [0008] 1- Possibility of sampling from several points of the bag simultaneously

[0009] 2- Ability to detect product quality quickly and easily

[0010] 3- Detection of crop rats

[0011] 4- Portable

[0012] 5- Very low cost

[0013] 6- No need for expertise and training to use
