Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of devices related to the analysis and measurement of fine particles, and disclosed is a sampling probe for the quantitative dilution of high-temperature aerosol without water cooling, which comprises a diluted gas pipe, a mixing gas pipe, a sampling nozzle and a shunting three-way pipe, wherein the diluted gas pipe is used for introducing diluted gas and forming an annular channel that is between the diluted gas pipe and the mixing gas pipe which is coaxially embedded at an inner part and that is used for conveying the diluted gas; the sampling nozzle is jointly composed of a sample inlet hole, an external nozzle and an internal nozzle; an annular gas flow clearance is formed between the internal nozzle and the mixing gas pipe to accelerate the flow of the diluted gas, and negative pressure conditions are formed around the internal nozzle to achieve the goal of dilution by mixing a sample gas sucked through the external nozzle and the diluted gas. By means of the present invention, a flame for heating the diluted gas may effectively be isolated, such that a linearized function relation forms between the dilution ratio and a working pressure drop, and the quantitative difficulty of the dilution ratio is overcome; meanwhile, the interference of the sampling probe on the flame, specifically for flow fields and temperature fields, may be reduced, thereby reducing measurement uncertainty.
