Abstract:
Provided is a sampling rate conversion device for performing sampling frequency conversion, wherein the device is provided with a sampling phase detection unit (1) for obtaining a sampling phase for each operation reference clock using, as a reference, sampling time after the sampling frequency conversion, on the basis of a ratio between a frequency of the operation reference clock and a sampling frequency after the sampling frequency conversion; a sampling clock detection unit (2) for detecting a sampling cycle on the basis of the sampling phase; a polyphase filter (3) which filters input signals and generates signals after the sampling frequency conversion on the basis of the sampling cycle; and a filter coefficient control unit (4) for setting a filter coefficient to the polyphase filter (3) on the basis of the sampling phase.
