Abstract:
Provided are a sand manufacturing machine, a sand grinding machine, and a sand screening machine which are capable of efficiently removing unnecessary substances contained in sand. For the sand manufacturing machine, the sand grinding machine, and the sand screening machine, provided are: a sand grinding machine having a processing vessel, a bottomed, cylindrical rotating drum installed inside the processing vessel, and an annular shelf surrounding the outer circumference above an upper end of the rotating drum, wherein force is applied to sand supplied to the inside of the rotating drum by rotating the rotating drum; a sand screening machine that is connected to the sand grinding machine to cause sand supplied from the sand grinding machine to flow by means of compressed air; and an air blower for blowing air to the sand screening machine. The sand screening machine includes: a wind box disposed in a lower section and compressing air from the air blower; a screening chamber located above the wind box and separating fine powder from sand; and a dust collecting port which is disposed above the screening chamber and through which air in the screening chamber is introduced. The processing vessel includes: a hopper disposed above the rotating drum; a sand conveying path disposed in a lower section and through which sand is conveyed to the outside of the processing vessel; and a dust collecting path disposed in an upper section and through which air inside the processing vessel is suctioned and sent to the outside. The sand conveying path connects the lower portion of the processing vessel and the screening chamber, the dust collecting path connects the upper portion of the processing vessel and the upper portion of the screening chamber, and air passing through the dust collecting path is suctioned into the dust collecting port through the screening chamber.
