Abstract:
A sand sieving apparatus for municipal road construction, comprising a stirring chamber (1), a sieving chamber (2), a collection tank (4), and a motor (12); the stirring chamber (1) is separated from the sieving chamber (2) by means of a bottom plate (20), the upper end of the stirring chamber (1) being provided with a feed hopper (11), the motor (12) being arranged on the right side of the feed hopper (11), a rotating shaft (13) being fixedly mounted on an output end of the motor (12), and the rotating shaft (13) passing through the upper end of the stirring chamber (1) and extending into the stirring chamber (1), and being rotatably connected to the upper end of the bottom plate (20); a threaded rod (18) is rotatably connected to the right side of the upper end of the sieving chamber (2), a moving block (23) having a threaded connection to the threaded rod (18), the lower end of the moving block (23) being hinged to one end of a connecting rod (10), and the other end of the connecting rod (10) being hinged to a sieving plate (9); the moving block (23) reciprocates left and right under the action of the threaded rod (18), and the connecting rod (10) drives the sieving plate (9) to swing, thereby improving sieving efficiency; a movable plate (6) on the left end of the sieving plate (9) blocks sand from falling through the gap, improving the sieving quality.
