Abstract:
A sanding device for processing a computer case, comprising a base (1). Damping mechanisms (2) are fixedly connected to the lower surface of the base (1); a first motor (3) is fixedly connected to the middle of the upper surface of the base (1); the output shaft of the first motor (3) is fixedly connected to a gear transmission mechanism (4); the gear transmission mechanism (4) is rotatably connected to a rotating mechanism (5); a second motor (6) is fixedly connected on the base (1); the output shaft of the second motor (6) is fixedly connected to a belt transmission mechanism (7); the gear transmission mechanism (4) is fixedly connected to two sanding adjustment mechanisms (8); each sanding adjustment mechanism (8) is fixedly connected to a sanding wheel (9); two lateral movement mechanisms (10) are fixedly connected on the base (1); a longitudinal movement mechanism (11) is fixedly connected to each the lateral movement mechanism (10); a clamping mechanism (12) is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the longitudinal movement mechanism (11). Provision of the damping mechanisms (2) can damp the vibration generated during operation of the device, and provision of the sanding adjustment mechanisms (8) allows for adjustment of the distances between the sanding wheels (9) and workpieces and the sanding rate, thereby improving the computer case sanding efficiency and reducing labor cost.
