Abstract:
A sanding machine (100), comprising: a machine housing (10); an electric motor (21) at least partially arranged in the machine housing (10) for providing a power source, the electric motor (21) comprising an electric motor shaft (211) that rotates around an electric motor axis; a fan assembly (30) comprising a fan (31) connected to the electric motor; an eccentric element (50) driven by the electric motor (21), the eccentric element (50) having a central axis (102) arranged offset from the electric motor axis (101); and a bottom plate assembly (40) comprising a bottom plate (41), a polishing member fixed to a lower surface (412) of the bottom plate (41), and a support member (42) for supporting the eccentric element (50). The support member (42) comprises a first end face (421) and a second end face (422) arranged opposite each other, and the second end face (422) is arranged, relative to the first end face (421), on the side close to the lower surface (412); the sanding machine (100) further comprises a balance block (61) which is connected to the eccentric element (50) and driven by the electric motor to rotate around the central axis (102); and the ratio of the distance between the center of mass of the balance block (61) and the lower surface (412) of the bottom plate to the distance between the first end face (421) of the support member and the lower surface (412) of the bottom plate is greater than or equal to 0.2 and less than or equal to 0.4. The product of the weight of the fan and the square of the outer diameter of the fan is greater than or equal to 40 kg/cm2 and less than or equal to 200 kg/cm2.
