Abstract:
A sandwich glass forming machine comprises an electrothermal element (11), drawer-type and multiple independent component structure, vacuum pump (3), main vacuum chamber (4), door joint trip (6), fans assembling unit (7), electronic measuring and controlling device. Each layer of drawer-type and multiple independent component structure comprises sandwich glass vacuum bag (2). The electrothermal element (1) and drawer-type and multiple independent component structure are set in the main vacuum chamber (4). A method for producing a sandwich glass uses the sandwich glass forming machine. At the beginning of being vacuumized, main vacuum chamber (4) and sandwich glass vacuum bag (2) are vacuumized simultaneously to a certain temperature, time and vacuum degree. Then main vacuum chamber (4) communicates with atmosphere and atmosphere enters it. The vacuum bag (2) keeps vacuum and sandwich glass stands an atmospheric pressure.
