Abstract:
A sandwich panel (10), wherein a reinforcer (15) has a recess part (50) formed so as to extend for a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction and open sideways; a thermoplastic resin core (13) describing the shape of a rectangular flat plate, and having, on a peripheral side surface part (52) thereof, a convex part (54) that can be press-fitted from the side into the recess part (50). The convex part (54) is provided with facing surfaces (57) oriented in the direction protruding from the peripheral side surface part (52), the facing surfaces (57) facing individual mutually-facing inner surfaces (56) of the recess part (50). A plurality of protrusions (58) set apart at intervals in the longitudinal direction are provided on at least one of the facing surfaces (57), and each of the protrusions (58) rises to a predetermined height from the facing surface (57) so as to be capable of making intimate contact with the inner surfaces (56) of the recess part (50) when the convex part (54) is press-fitted.
