SANDWICHED-WOODEN DOOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Technical Field of The Invention

This invention is related to a sandwiched-wooden door panel constructed by several layers of wood to sandwich a core. More particularly, it is related to a sandwiched-wooden door panel applying some natural material with its veneer as its outermost part, in which all of them sandwich the core, and without an intact- wooden- frame material.

Background of The Invention

There are many wooden doors applied. However, due to the more difficult and expensive price of wood for its manufacturing purpose, it is therefore produced a cheap, and easily obtainable soft-wooden door material. This processed-door is called as engineering door in which has already widely known. It refers to a product having component of some type of woods manufactured through laminated process. These types of woods usually be chosen by considering their appearance, quality, and prices. Several types of wood have been mostly used for door manufacturing.

Application of laminated technique, including attachment, and pressure, shall provide a long-lasting, preserved, environmentally friendly, and cheap plywood products.

However, some door products are less optimal, and also still mostly apply refused wood. To solve the said problem, this invention shall provide a new wooden door under a new manufacturing technique with extraordinary satisfying results.

Detail Description of The Invention

This invention shall be defined in detail by looking at figures attached herein. As an introduction, any expression of invention by looking at the figures provided, once more, shall only to make clearer the illustration provided, and not to restrict the invention itself.

As observed in Figure 1, a wooden door panel (7) shall generally comprise of upper- (21), middle- (24), and lower-thresholds (25), inner- (2) outside-poles (23), printed panel (4), and list (6).

This description shall be defined further concerning with its door panel (7) in details as described in the aforesaid Figure 1 subject to this inventioa

Figures 2a, and 2b refer to frontward-, and upper view of core (1) of wooden door panel (7) subject to this inventioa This core (1) comprised of several layers of

wooden boards (11) alternately arranged either in transverse and lengthwise, oryerticaL and horizontal direction. Such wooden board layers are preferable comprised of 3 layers, where the middle layers are transverse or horizontally arranged, and the frontward and backward layers, both sandwiching the middle layers, are lengthwise or vertically arranged. The three of them attached with adhesive, and pressed to allow the establishment of a sandwiched core (1). The number of layers may be easily changed, while the method of layering shall be conducted by an expert in this technique.

Further, Figures 3a and 3b shall be the frontward and upper view of the core (1) coated with frame layers (2) comprising of upper- (21), middle- (24), lower-thresholds (25), inner-(22), and outer-poles (23). Middle threshold (24) and/or inner pole (22) may be eliminated or even multiplied, in which significantly depends on the shape, and design intended.

Next, as may be seen in Figures 4a, and 4b, there is covering list (3) placed by surrounding this door panel (7). Covering list (3) may be further comprised of lengthwise or vertical (31) lists, and transverse or horizontal lists (32).

Back to Figures 3 a and 3b, frames (2) surrounding, namely upper-(21), lower- thresholds (25), inner- (22), and outer-poles (23), are installed a little bit passing through the border line of the core (1), so as establishing a slot to be filled by protrusion (27) of the circumference core (26). Next, in Figures 5 a, and 5b, it is seen part of the core (1) furnished with part of panel (4) under the intended form and size. Panel (4) may also be furnished with lists surrounding the said panel (4).
