The present invention relates to a sanitary ceramic water supply apparatus, wherein an aim of the present invention is to provide a sanitary ceramic water supply apparatus for preventing the reverse flow and splashing of water during the supply of water, and which is capable of being remotely controlled. In a sanitary ceramic (200) water supply apparatus (100) configured with a water inlet portion (120) and a water supply portion (110) according to the present invention, the water supply portion (110) comprises: a first compartment (111); a second compartment (112) separated from the first compartment (111) by a diaphragm (114); and a slide pin (117), wherein water is supplied from the sanitary ceramic (200) when the diaphragm (114) is withdrawn toward the second compartment (112), and the passage (116) is closed when the diaphragm (114) is restored to the original position thereof.
