The present invention concerns a garment of new concept with a sanitary action, in the shape of a short pantyhose.

It is known that in summer and, more in general, when it is very warm, the conventional pantyhose or tights can not be worn due to the temperature increase and therefore with naked legs, for a considerable number of women, due to the friction that is determined in the internal part of the thigh, because the contact causes sweating and uncomfortable and intense irritations.

This means that the users are forced to wear light anti-friction trousers and are also forced to eliminate from their clothes short and long shirts typical for the warm season.

Furthermore, for containing and shaping glutei and thighs, the art knows sheaths with legs and long panties out of a heavy, elastic cloth or not which, in any case, do not solve above mentioned problem.

It is the aim of the present invention to realize a light garment with a sanitary function that prevents the friction between the internal parts of the thighs, thus preventing sweating and irritation. The aim set forth is reached by means of the garment according to the present invention, consisting of short, half-leg pantyhose with an elastic or silicone lace border, such as to come in between, during walking, the inner part of the thighs that get into contact thus preventing the friction and thus allowing all women to wear any kind of shirt in the warm seasons.

The advantage of the garment according to the present invention is evident.

The present invention will be explained more in detail hereinbelow relating to the enclosed drawing in which some embodiments are shown.

Figure 1 shows an axonometric view of a sanitary garment in the shape of a short pantyhose.

Figures 2, 3 and 4 show three possible dimensional variants of the garment according to the present invention.

The enclosed figures show a sanitary garment in the shape of a short pantyhose with or without a panty 1 out of silk yarn, stretch- nylon or lycra from 8 deniers on, in an optimal proportion of 85% polyamide and 15% elastan or even variable, with a cotton gusset 2 with a flat seam 3 of the four-needle kind, finished with an elastic or silicone lace border 4. As far as the variants of figures 2, 3 and 4 are concerned, the garment may be realized short of half-leg or in other way, coloured, with ornamental, geometric or flower patterns, of different sizes and with naked, bronzed and covering effect.

For exalting the sanitary function of the garment according to the present invention, the pantyhose will be treated with an anti- bacteric product in the dyeing process.
