Abstract:
The present invention relates to the sanitary ware. The sanitary ware having a deodorization function, which can diminish the displeasure sense by the bad smell and enhance the cleanness of the toilet because the smell is compulsorily vented through the waste pipe of the sanitary ware after compulsorily inhaling the smell that is generated during poohing and peeing by placing a electronic backflow cutoff valve for preventing the backflow of the smell and a suction pump to the smell suction hose after connecting the loo seat and the waste line of the sanitary ware with the smell suction hose is provided.

SANITARY WARE HAVING A DEODORIZATION FUNCTION TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the sanitary ware, and more particularly to the sanitary ware having a deodorization function, which can diminish the displeasure sense by the smell at the toilet and enhance the cleanness of the toilet because the smell is compulsorily vented through the waste pipe of the sanitary ware after compulsorily inhaling the bad smell that is generated during poohing and peeing.

BACKGROUND ART Generally, the sanitary ware for pooh and pee is well known to us.

Like this, there are a lot of the sanitary wares, for example, the sanitary ware that can diminish much water, the sanitary ware equipped with the bidet, the automatic rising device of the sheet for the sanitary ware, the bidet, etc.

Said the bidet is commonly used to wipe out after poohing and it has developed in order to get rid of such the inconvenience that paper is used at the same time.

Also, the bad smell has been included into the air by the sanitary ware because the sanitary ware is placed to the narrow space in light of characteristics of toilet.

But, in prior art, it is not equipped with the equipment for removing of the smell and also it brought about such problems that the user must smokes, or the air freshener must be installed to the toilet so as to remove the smell because the ventilation window is only placed on the wall of toilet and the bad smell is not vented very well.

Also, it has such another problem that if the air freshener is not installed, the air in the toilet is seriously polluted and the user can feels the unpleasant sense.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention was established to solve the problems stated above. It is an object of the present invention to provide the sanitary ware having a deodorization function, which can diminish the displeasure sense by the bad smell and enhance the cleanness of the toilet because the smell is compulsorily vented through the waste pipe of the sanitary ware after compulsorily inhaling the smell that is generated during poohing and peeing.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, the above objects and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent by describing in detail-preferred embodiments thereof with reference to the attached drawings.

As shown in Figs. 1 through 5, in the sanitary ware that is equipped with a loo seat (1), a cover (2) and a waste pipe (3a) and also a reservoir (4), it is characterized that, comprising of, Forming two rotary pipes (10) having a certain space that is connected to the rear of the loo seat (1) so as to be possible to rotate from the body, Forming a load sensor (11) for sensing the load when the user seats on the loo seat to the underside portion of the loo seat (1) and the smell suction hole (12), Containing a first smell suction hose (20) having the branch lines respectively by a lot of lines that is divaricated along a plurality of smell suction holes (12) and two rotary pipes (10) to the inside portion of the loo seat, Placing a first and a second joints (21a) (21b) to the end edge of the first smell suction hose (20) that is divaricated by the rotary pipes (10) and then selectively connecting each of a cover (31) and one edge of a second smell suction hose (32) to the first and second joints (21a) (21b), Forming a connecting hole (3b) having a stepped cone to one edge of the waste pipe (3 a) of the body and then forming a declined pipe (33) that has a third joint (33a) and is inserted to the inside portion of the waste pipe (3a) to the connecting hole (3b), Connecting one edge of a third smell suction hose (34) to the third joint (33a) of the declined pipe (33), Placing a suction pump (40) for venting the smell into the waste pipe (3a) through the smell suction hole (12) and the declined pipe (33) after deodorizing the smell that is generated from the body (3) along the signal that is sensed by the load sensor (11) after forming the input/output port by connecting the second and the third smell suction hoses (32) (34) to one edge of the outside of the body (3),

Placing an electronic backflow cutoff valve (60) that is open/close and rotate along the signal that is sensed by the load sensor (11) so as to prevent the backflow of smell that is compulsorily vented by the suction pump (40) to the third smell suction hose (34).

Also, a suction motor (40) is set up to be stopped after its rotation is last for the designated hours so as to remove the generated smell when the user is separated from the loo seat after finishing poohing and peeing.

Here, LED (41) like as the display portion is placed so as to display the rotation state of the suction motor (40) to the forward portion of the loo seat, and the loo seat and the cover (2) are connected with each other by the rotary bracket (50).

Also, as not shown in drawings, the suction motor (40) and LED (41), the load sensor (11) and the electronic backflow cutoff valve (60) are connected like as the circuit, and the power supply is supplied by conventional voltage (for example; both 110V and 220V are compatible) but only the voltage as such is not restricted.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Referring now to the drawings the embodiments according to this invention are described in more detail.

Firstly, as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, two rotary pipes (10) having a certain space are formed to the rear portion of the loo seat (1) as one of components of the sanitary ware so as to be possible to rotate from the body.

Hereinafter, if the two rotary pipes (10) are connected with the frame (5) that is formed to the upward portion of the outside of the body (3), it becomes to be possible to rotate the seat from the body (3).

At this time, the load sensor so as to sense the load when the user seats on the sanitary ware and a plurality of smell suction holes (12) are formed to the underside portion of the seat (1), and also the lines that are divaricated by a plurality of the smell suction holes (12) and the first smell suction hoses (20) that are divaricated by the rotary pipe (1) and have each of branch lines are contained to the inside portion of the seat.

And, each of the cover (31) and one edge of the second smell suction hose (32) are selectively connected to the first and second joints (21a) (21b) after the first and second joints (21a) (21b) are formed to the end edge of the first smell suction hose (20) that is divaricated by the rotary pipes (10).

Also, it is possible to rotate the cover from the loo seat because the cover (2) is connected with the rotary pipes (10) by the rotary bracket (50).

On the other hand, the declined pipe (33) that has a third joint (33a) and is put into the inside portion of the waste pipe (3a) is connected with the connecting hole (3b) after forming the connecting hole (3b) that has a stepped cone to one edge of the waste pipe (3a) of the body (3).

That is to say, the third joint (33a) of the declined pipe (33) is impacted to the stepped cone of the connecting hole (3b) because the declined pipe (33) is put into the waste pipe (3a) of the body (3).

And, the entire sealing state of the waste pipe (3a) can be kept by filling the sealing material (for example ; silicon) up to the inside diameter face of the connecting hole (3b) because the rubber packing (not shown in drawings) is formed to the stepped cone face and the impacted face of the third joint (33a).

Here, as shown in Fig 5, the waste pipe (3a) of the body (3) has such the roads that its height is different from each other and when water or other materials (for

example: excrement, urine) are wasted, it places to be declined into the ground direction so that water or other materials are inpoured.

Hereinafter, the third smell suction hose (34) and also the other edge of the second smell suction hose (32) as the input/output port are connected with the suction motor that is placed to the outside face of the body (3) after connecting the third smell suction hose (34) with the third joint (33a) of the declined pipe (33).

Also, an electric backflow cutoff valve (60) that is opened and closed along the signal that is sensed from the load sensor (11) so that smell is not back flown into the body when the smell is compulsorily vented by the suction pump (40) is placed to the third smell suction hose (34).

And, the suction motor (40), LED (41) and also the load sensor (11), the electric backflow cutoff valve (60) are connected like as the circuit so as to be possible to electrically connect and are placed so as to be possible to supply the common voltage (for example ; both 110V and 220V are compatible) after placing LED (41) as the display portion for displaying the rotation state of the suction motor (40) to the forward portion of the loo seat (1).

Accordingly, if he poohs and pees on the seat after the user puts the loo seat (1) of the sanitary ware down to the body (3), the load of user is sensed by the load sensor that is formed to the underside portion of the loo seat (1) and then the sensed signal is output into the suction motor (40), LED (41) and the electric backflow cutoff valve (60).

Then, the suction motor (40) is rotated along the signal that is sensed by the load sensor (11), and The smell around the body (3) that is generated by the rotation of the suction motor (40) during poohing is compulsorily vented to the outside through the waste pipe

(3 a) of the body.

Referring now to Fig. 5 the above embodiments according to this invention are described in detail.

The suction power that is generated by the rotation of the suction motor (40) is transmitted to the first smell suction hose (20) that is inserted to the inside of the loo seat (1) through the second smell suction hose (32).

Here, the first smell suction hose (20) has the line that is divaricated to a plurality of the smell suction hole (12) and each of divaricated lines that are connected with two rotary pipes (10) to the inside of the loo seat (1), and the suction power that is transmitted through the second smell suction hose (32) is transmitted to a plurality of the smell suction holes (12) through the divaricated lines of the first smell suction hose (20).

Therefore, the smell that is remained around the body (3) is compulsorily inhaled into the first smell suction hose (20) through a plurality of the smell suction holes (12) because of the suction power to transmit the generated smell into a plurality of smell suction holes (12).

At this time, the first and second joints (21a) (21b) are formed to the end edge of the first smell suction hose (20), each of the cover (31) and the one edge of the second smell suction hose (32) is selectively connected to each other, and The smell that is inhaled to the first smell suction hose (20) is input to the input port of the suction motor through the second smell suction hose (32).

That is to say, in such the state that a cover (31) is connected and completely closed to one of the first smell suction hoses (20) that are respectively divaricated to the two rotary pipes (10) through the second joint (21b), the second smell suction hose (32) is connected to the other first smell suction hose (20) by the first joint (21a), and The smell that is generated from the body (3) is compulsorily inhaled to the input port of the suction motor (40) by the strong suction power of the suction motor (40).

Here, the other edge of the third smell suction hose (34) is connected to the output port of the suction motor (40), one edge of the third smell suction hose (34) is connected to the third joint (33a) of the declined pipe (33) that is formed to the connecting hole (3b) of the waste pipe (3a) and also the electric backflow cutoff valve (60) for preventing the backflow of smell is placed, and The electric valve is opened along the signal that is sensed from the load sensor (11).

And, the smell that is compulsorily inhaled through the input port of the suction motor (40) according to the opening operation of electric backflow cutoff valve (60) is compulsorily vented to the inside of the waste pipe (3a) by the third smell suction hose (34), the third joint (33a) and the declined pipe (33).

That is to say, the present invention has such a characteristic that it can be possible to diminish the unpleasant sense due to the smell that is generated to the narrow toilet because when the user poohs and pees, it is possible to compulsorily vent the materials (urine, excrement) by the waste pipe (3a) of the body and also it is

possible to compulsorily vent the smell from the waste pipe (3a) of the body after compulsorily inhaling the smell that is generated from the materials by the suction power of the suction motor (40).

Here, when the suction motor (40) is rotated, the light is light up by LED (41) as the display portion that is positioned to the forward of the loo seat (1) and it is possible to distinguish by the user whether the forcible removing of smell is processing by the suction motor (40) or not.

Also, if the user removes the materials (urine, excrement) that are contained to the inside of sanitary ware through the reservoir and is separated from the seat after poohing and peeing, the signal is output to the suction motor (40) and the electric backflow cutoff valve (60) after the load that is added to the loo seat is sensed by the load sensor (11) that is positioned to the underside of the loo seat (1).

At this time, the suction motor (40) and the electric backflow cutoff valve (60) are not stopped along the sensed signal that is input but they carry out the stopping operation after driving for the designated hours (appropriately 15 sec), and when the user is separated from the loo seat (1), the smell that is remained around the body of the sanitary ware can completely be removed.

Here, the suction motor (40) is driven and closed along the signal that is sensed through the load sensor (11) by the electric backflow cutoff valve (60), and when the driving of suction motor (40) is stopped, the electric backflow cutoff valve (60) is closed.

Accordingly, even though the driving of the suction motor (40) is stopped, the

roads of the third smell suction hose (34) are completely closed by the closing operation of the electric backflow cutoff valve (60), and the backflow of smell that is vented to the waste pipe (3a) is not generated from the body (3).

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention relating to the sanitary ware having a deodorization function can diminish the displeasure sense by the bad smell and enhance the cleanness of the toilet because the smell is compulsorily vented through the waste pipe of the sanitary ware after compulsorily inhaling the smell that is generated at poohing and peeing by placing the electric backflow cutoff valve for preventing the backflow of smell and the suction pump to the hose for inhaling the smell after connecting the seat of the sanitary ware and the waste pipe with the hose for inhaling the smell.
