Abstract:
The present invention provides a sarsasapogenin derivative and a preparation method and application thereof. The derivative has a structure as shown in formula I, and the definition of each substituent is as described in the specification and claims. The derivative of the present invention can be used to prevent, manage, treat, or alleviate various diseases and disorders, such as depression.
