Abstract:
A satellite communications system is provided with: a plurality of satellite communications ground apparatuses that decode data which are received via a downlink line and which are encoded using an error detection code, and that request retransmission of data for which an error has been detected through the decoding; and a dynamic satellite that emits radio waves for the downlink line and transmits data to the satellite communications ground apparatuses using the downlink line, and that retransmits, in a collective manner during a time period when the dynamic satellite moves through a predetermined specific position on the orbit of the satellite, the data the retransmission of which has been requested by the satellite communications ground apparatuses.
