Abstract:
A satellite positioning system 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a terminal device 10 having a phase information detecting unit 15 that receives carrier waves from a plurality of satellites S and detects phase information of the carrier waves and a data communicating unit 12 that transmits the phase information corresponding to the plurality of satellites S; and a server device having a data communicating unit 21 that receives the phase information corresponding to the plurality of satellites S from the terminal device 10, a selecting unit 23 that selects an acquisition source of correction information concerning the phase information from a plurality of reference station devices 30 on the basis of positions indicated by approximate position information calculated using information concerning a distance-measuring code from the plurality of satellites S received by the terminal device 10 and acquires the correction information corresponding to the selected reference station device 30, and a detailed positioning function unit 24 that calculates detailed position information concerning the terminal device 10 on the basis of the phase information and the correction information corresponding to the plurality of satellites S.
